Hello World!

Couple months ago I did not feel well and had to do a research on how to improve my diet/nutrition/health in general and avoid going to doctors since i do not have medical insurance.

Most of the videos and lectures, that were informative and showed me a new direction, i list below. I liked Dr. Bergman's youtube channel, esp. his lecture on Enzymes, Corrina Rachel's, Dr. Berg's, Markus Rothkranz' and Dan McDonald's youtube channels. I loved Suzanne Sommer's awesome book of interviews re: alternative treatments for cancer 'Knockout' and insigntful revelatory documentaries like The Forbidden Cures or Food Matters.
